Reservations: Following confirmation by us we request a deposit of
€150.00 per person by transfer to the following account:

In the case of a cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, you will receive your deposit back, otherwise it shall be forfeited. In the case of delayed arrival and early departure, you will be billed for 50% of the amount payable for this period. For your own security, we recommend taking out the "Holiday Austria Insurance" however, which we will happily arrange for you.

The insurance price shall apply to the policyholder, their insured relatives and up to 3 other insured fellow travellers maximum, where a joint booking has been made. We would be happy to send you further information.

Arrival: Your room will be ready from 15.00 on the date of arrival.

Departure: We ask that you vacate your room by 11.00.
